Center for Math & Science Education (CMSE) -- The Center for Mathematics and Science Education (CMSE) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the ever-changing needs of Texas public educators teaching K-16 science and mathematics. This website features information on professional development, teaching research, and policy matters. The CMSE is affiliated with Texas A&M University.

Science Teachers Association of Texas (STAT) -- STAT provides support and information for science teachers in Texas. This web site features information on science education news, professional development, and conferences.

Texas BioHistory -- Learn about significant milestones in the historical development of the biotechnology & medical technology industry in the state of Texas.

Texas Center for the Advancement of Literacy & Learning (TCALL) -- TCALL offers Spanish language materials focused on science and environmental literacy. Materials are available for free or for loan.

Texas Education Agency -- Access information ranging from statistics and reports to curriculum and standards.

Texas Junior Academy of Science -- The Texas Junior Academy of Science is an intra-organization of the Texas Academy of Science. Its purpose is to promote the organization and operation of science clubs or similar organizations in connection with accredited public and private high schools in the State of Texas.

Texas Parent Teachers Association (PTA) -- The Texas PTA's mission is to support and speak on behalf of children and youth in the schools, in the community and before governmental bodies and other organizations that make decisions affecting children; to assist parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children; and to encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation.

Texas Science Olympiad -- The Science Olympiad is an international nonprofit organization devoted to improving the quality of science education, increasing student interest in science and providing recognition for outstanding achievement in science education by both students and teachers. These goals are accomplished through classroom activities, research, training workshops and the encouragement of intramural, district, regional, state and national tournaments.
